I rarely feel compelled to write reviews. However, I was drooling over this teapot for years and years. My parents surprised me with it for Christmas! I am beyond thrilled! It is a beautiful piece and the most amazing teapot I have ever seen and owned! It is one of my favorite pieces and reminds me of a fantasy novel! My parents also raved about Gaelsong's customer service. When they went to purchase the teapot, it was out of stock. They contacted the company and the customer service representative took their information and promised to contact them when it came back. My parents never expected to hear a thing especially as a few weeks went by. To their pleasant surprise, the very same customer service representative contacted them personally.
