I ordered a medium size hat for my husband, who has always worn that size. When we received the hat and he tried it on, it was a bit too small. These problems could be avoided in future if a hat sizing chart, measuring in inches, was included either on the website or in the catalog.

We needed to exchange one size down, and customer service proved to be Excellent! My husband loves his hat. It is beautifully made, warm, and attractive. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. Thank you!

Before ordering this hat, I talked with a customer service person who was very accommodating and helped me determine a size. I needed something 24" in circumference. We determined an XL would do the job. When I received the hat, it was much larger. I measured 25" in circumference. It was much too large to wear. I asked for my shipping to be refunded because the sizing was misrepresented. The second person I talked to said they would verify my measurement once the garment was received. I had to pay shipping again in order to return the hat. I was refunded the price of the hat and not the shipping with no explanation. I had to inquire as to why and I received this response: "You had stated that it was larger than 25" when measured it was 23.75". That said, if the hat WAS 23.75" it should have been a Large, not and XL. We were also not happy with the quality of the hat. So, I spent $15.00 on shipping and have no hat. Very disappointed.

This motoring cap is very well-made with a generous fit. The fabric is darker than expected from the catalog photo, but works alright with our coat. Delivery was quick!
